Preparing for the Workshop

To help your workshop run smoothly, please have tables and chairs set up before arrival. Rectangular tables work best, with enough space for each guest to comfortably create and enjoy food or drinks.

Workshops can be held indoors or outdoors. Outdoor spaces should be shaded or covered with a weather backup plan if needed. Good lighting is recommended for all setups.

Hosts are welcome to provide food and beverages for guests. We recommend keeping drinks toward the center or ends of tables to protect projects.

Guests should arrive 10–15 minutes before the start time. Please clear tables of décor beforehand and provide easy access to the setup area for unloading materials.

Day of the Workshop

We will arrive approximately 45–60 minutes before the workshop start time to set up materials, cover tables, and prepare the workspace for guests.

When we arrive, we ask that tables and chairs are already arranged and the workshop area is cleared and ready for setup. Hosts can use this time to finish food and drink setup and welcome guests as they arrive.

Once everyone is settled, we’ll guide the group through the workshop step-by-step and handle cleanup afterward so you can relax and enjoy the experience.

After the Workshop

At the end of the workshop, guests will be provided with the appropriate supplies to safely transport their creations home. If finishing at home is required for the selected project, guests will also receive take-home instructions with a QR code video tutorial.

We handle all workshop cleanup so hosts and guests can simply relax and enjoy the experience
