Refund policy

Refunds
All sales at Happy Hands Studios are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any physical products, including craft kits, original art, mugs, totes, stickers, and posters.

All digital products (including the 7 Day Creative Reset download) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns once a file has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thehappyhandsstudios@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital Product Refund Policy:
